Data We Collect

Depending on how you use BEABIAI, we may collect or process the following information:

Account and authorization data (both services):

• User name
• Email address
• Connected platform account ID, channel ID, or shop ID
• OAuth access tokens
• OAuth refresh tokens, if provided by the platform
• Basic technical logs needed for security, debugging, and abuse prevention

BEABIAI Social (video publishing):

• Uploaded video files
• Video title, description, and hashtags
• Thumbnail or cover image, if provided
• Publishing metadata
• Upload status logs and error logs
• Basic channel metrics for your own connected accounts (such as view counts), where you authorize analytics access

BEABIAI Ecom (marketplace seller management):

• Shop and seller account information for the marketplaces you connect
• Product data: titles, descriptions, images, attributes, variations, prices, and stock
• Promotion data: discounts, vouchers, and campaign settings
• Operational data related to publishing or updating products and promotions, including status and error logs

BEABIAI Ecom is designed to manage your products, promotions, and shop configuration. It does not require, and is not designed to collect, end-buyer personal data; where any order-related information is processed to perform an action you request, it is used only for that purpose and handled under the marketplace's developer requirements.

Permissions and Scopes We Request

BEABIAI requests only the permissions needed for the features you use. The specific scopes and authorizations include:

• YouTube (Google OAuth). https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload to upload your selected videos, and, where you enable the analytics dashboard, read-only access such as https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly to display metrics for your own channel.
• TikTok (Content Posting / Login Kit). user.info.basic for basic account information, video.upload and/or video.publish to upload or publish your selected videos, and, where you enable analytics, user.info.stats to show your own metrics.
• TikTok Shop (Partner API). Authorization for product management, promotion (discounts and vouchers), and related shop modules needed to manage the listings and campaigns you operate through BEABIAI Ecom.
• Meta — Instagram, Facebook Page, Threads. Content publishing and basic profile permissions such as instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish, pages_show_list, pages_manage_posts, pages_read_engagement, threads_basic, and threads_content_publish, plus insights permissions only where you enable analytics.
• Shopee (Open Platform). Authorization for product and promotion management needed to manage your selected listings and campaigns in your own connected Shopee shop.

We request analytics or read permissions only when you use features that need them, and you can revoke any authorization at any time.

Google API Data Usage

BEABIAI integrates with the YouTube Data API and requests the following Google OAuth scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload. Where you enable the channel analytics dashboard, BEABIAI may also request read-only access to display metrics for your own channel.

BEABIAI needs the YouTube upload permission only to upload user-selected videos to the YouTube channel authorized by the user. BEABIAI does not use this permission to delete, modify, or manage existing YouTube videos unless a future feature is explicitly requested and authorized by the user.

Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

In line with these requirements, BEABIAI does not sell Google user data, does not use Google user data to train or improve generalized or non-personalized AI or machine learning models, and does not transfer Google user data except as necessary to provide or improve the service, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with user notice. Human access to Google user data is limited to the narrow circumstances permitted by the policy, such as with the user's consent, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or where the data is aggregated and used for internal operations in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.

TikTok API Data Usage

BEABIAI Social integrates with the TikTok Content Posting API and Login Kit. BEABIAI uses TikTok content posting authorization only to help users upload or publish user-selected videos to their own connected TikTok accounts, together with the publishing details the user provides (such as title, description, hashtags, and cover image). Where the user enables the analytics dashboard, BEABIAI uses read-only access only to display the user's own basic metrics.

BEABIAI does not use TikTok user data to train AI models, does not sell TikTok user data, and does not publish content to a TikTok account without the user's authorization. Use of TikTok data is handled in accordance with the authorizations the user grants and the applicable TikTok developer requirements.

TikTok Shop API Data Usage

BEABIAI Ecom integrates with the TikTok Shop Partner API. BEABIAI uses TikTok Shop authorization only to manage the products, promotions (such as discounts and vouchers), campaigns, and related shop configuration that the seller chooses to operate through BEABIAI Ecom, for the seller's own connected shop.

BEABIAI does not use TikTok Shop data to train AI models, does not sell TikTok Shop data, and does not make changes to a shop without the seller's authorization. BEABIAI Ecom is built to manage product and promotion data; it does not require end-buyer personal data, and any order-related information processed to perform an action the seller requests is used only for that purpose, in accordance with the applicable TikTok Shop developer requirements.

Meta Platforms Data Usage (Instagram, Facebook, Threads)

BEABIAI Social integrates with Meta APIs to publish to Instagram, Facebook Pages, and Threads. BEABIAI uses Meta authorization only to publish the user's selected videos and publishing details to the user's own connected Instagram, Facebook Page, and Threads accounts, and, where the user enables analytics, to display the user's own basic channel metrics.

BEABIAI does not use Meta user data to train AI models, does not sell Meta user data, and does not post without the user's authorization. Use of Meta Platform data is handled in accordance with the authorizations the user grants and the applicable Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

Shopee API Data Usage

BEABIAI Ecom integrates with the Shopee Open Platform. BEABIAI uses Shopee authorization only to manage the products, promotions, and campaigns that the seller chooses to operate through BEABIAI Ecom, for the seller's own connected Shopee shop.

BEABIAI does not use Shopee data to train AI models, does not sell Shopee data, and does not make changes to a shop without the seller's authorization. Use of Shopee data is handled in accordance with the authorizations the seller grants and the applicable Shopee Open Platform requirements.

OAuth Tokens and Platform Authorization

When you connect a YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Page, Threads, TikTok Shop, or Shopee account, you authorize BEABIAI through that platform's OAuth or authorization flow. The platform provides BEABIAI with an access token, and in some cases a refresh token, that allows BEABIAI to perform the actions you have authorized — such as publishing the videos you select or managing the products and promotions you choose.

OAuth tokens are stored only while you keep the relevant platform account connected. We protect these tokens and limit access to authorized systems and personnel. We do not share OAuth tokens with third parties. When you disconnect an account or request data deletion, the associated tokens are deleted. You can also revoke access directly through your Google Account permissions, your TikTok, TikTok Shop, or Shopee account or app settings, and your Meta account settings.

Video Files and Publishing Metadata

To publish on your behalf, BEABIAI processes the video files you select along with the publishing metadata you provide, including title, description, hashtags, thumbnail or cover image, and related settings. Uploaded video files are stored temporarily for processing and upload. We use this content only to carry out the publishing you have requested and to report the result back to you.

Product and Commerce Data

For BEABIAI Ecom, we process the product and promotion data you choose to manage — including product titles, descriptions, images, attributes, variations, prices, stock, discounts, vouchers, and campaign settings — to publish or update listings and promotions in your own connected Shopee and TikTok Shop accounts. We use this data only to carry out the actions you request and to report the result back to you. AI assistance may be used to help you draft product titles, images, and descriptions, but marketplace user data is not used to train AI models.

How Data Is Used

We use the information described above to:

• Authenticate users and connected social platform and marketplace accounts
• Upload user-selected videos to authorized social platforms
• Manage and publish user-selected products and promotions to authorized marketplaces
• Show upload, publishing, and update status and results
• Display your own channel metrics where you enable analytics
• Troubleshoot failed uploads or actions
• Maintain account security and prevent abuse
• Respond to support and data deletion requests

We do not use Google, TikTok, TikTok Shop, Meta, or Shopee user data to train AI models, and we do not publish or change content without your authorization.

How Data Is Shared

BEABIAI does not sell your data. Specifically:

• We do not sell user data.
• We do not share OAuth tokens with third parties.
• We do not publish or change content without user authorization.
• We do not use Google, TikTok, TikTok Shop, Meta, or Shopee user data to train AI models.

We share data with the YouTube, TikTok, Meta, TikTok Shop, and Shopee platforms only as needed to perform the actions you authorize. We may disclose limited information where required to comply with applicable law, enforce our terms, protect the security and integrity of the service, or prevent fraud and abuse. We may also use service providers strictly to operate the service, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

Data Retention

• OAuth tokens are stored only while you keep the relevant platform account connected.
• OAuth tokens are deleted when you disconnect the account or request data deletion.
• Uploaded video files are stored temporarily for processing and upload.
• Successfully uploaded video files are deleted after upload completion or within a reasonable operational period.
• Failed upload files may be retained for up to 7 days for troubleshooting, then deleted.
• Upload logs and error logs may be retained for up to 90 days for troubleshooting, security, and abuse prevention.
• Product, promotion, and campaign data for BEABIAI Ecom is retained only while your shop stays connected, and is deleted when you disconnect the shop or request data deletion.
• Some limited records may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons.

Data Deletion Requests

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected] or [email protected]. Please include the email address you use with BEABIAI and, if applicable, the connected platform account or channel.

Upon a valid request, BEABIAI will delete OAuth tokens, connected account records, uploaded files under its control, and related operational data, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons. For full instructions, see our Data Deletion Instructions.

Security

• BEABIAI is served over HTTPS.
• OAuth tokens are protected and access is limited to authorized systems or personnel.
• User data access is restricted to operational, security, and support purposes.
• You can revoke platform access through BEABIAI or through your Google or TikTok account settings.
• You can request data deletion by contacting [email protected] or [email protected].

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

User Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent or object to certain processing. You can exercise these rights, including disconnecting accounts and requesting deletion, by contacting us at [email protected]. You may also revoke platform access at any time through your Google or TikTok account settings.

Children's Privacy

BEABIAI is not directed to children and is intended for use by adults and by individuals who are old enough to hold accounts on the relevant platforms and to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

International Users

BEABIAI is operated from Vietnam. If you access the service from outside Vietnam, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in Vietnam or other locations where we or our service providers operate. By using BEABIAI, you understand that your information may be processed in countries whose data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of BEABIAI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
