What BEABIAI does
Publishing the same video across several platforms by hand is slow and repetitive. BEABIAI brings that work into one place: you connect the accounts you own, prepare your videos and publishing details once, and publish or schedule them to the platforms you have authorized. You can then track the status of each upload and review results and errors.
BEABIAI runs as a desktop application. It connects to your own accounts through secure authorization (Google OAuth for YouTube, and TikTok's authorization flow for TikTok) and only acts on the accounts and videos you choose. It is built around three principles: authorization first, limited data use, and user control.
How it works at a glance
- Connect your accounts. Authorize BEABIAI for the YouTube channels and TikTok accounts you own.
- Prepare your content. Organize your videos and publishing plan, optionally from a spreadsheet, and import video files and cover images from your own storage.
- Add publishing details. Set titles, descriptions, captions, hashtags, and cover images — with optional AI assistance to draft titles and captions.
- Publish or schedule. Send selected videos to your authorized accounts, then monitor upload status, results, and errors.
Who it is for
BEABIAI is built for people who publish video regularly: individual creators managing their own channels, agencies operating accounts they have been authorized to manage, small businesses keeping a consistent presence, and content-operations teams that need to track publishing across the channels they operate.
