Data Deletion Instructions

Request deletion by email

To request deletion, email [email protected] or [email protected]. To help us locate and verify your records, please include:

• The email address you use with BEABIAI.
• The connected account, channel, or shop (for example, your YouTube channel, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Page, or Threads account, or your Shopee or TikTok Shop seller account), if applicable.
• A short note confirming that you are requesting data deletion.

Step-by-step instructions

1. Disconnect your accounts in BEABIAI (optional)

   If you can access BEABIAI, disconnect your connected accounts and shops (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Page, Threads, Shopee, or TikTok Shop). Disconnecting deletes the related OAuth tokens for those connections.

2. Send your deletion request

   Email [email protected] or [email protected] with the email you use with BEABIAI and the connected account or channel, if applicable.

3. We verify your request

   We may ask you to confirm details so we can locate your records and make sure the request is genuine before we delete anything.

4. We delete your data

   Once verified, BEABIAI deletes your OAuth tokens, connected account records, uploaded files under its control, and related operational data — unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons.

5. Revoke access at the platform (recommended)

   You can also revoke BEABIAI's access directly from your Google and TikTok account settings, as described below.

What BEABIAI deletes

Upon a valid request, BEABIAI will delete:

• OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens.
• Connected platform account, channel, and shop records.
• Uploaded video files under BEABIAI's control.
• Product, promotion, and campaign data managed through BEABIAI Ecom.
• Related operational data associated with your account.

Revoke access from Google

You can remove BEABIAI's access to your Google/YouTube account at any time:

1. Go to your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
2. Find BEABIAI in the list of apps with access.
3. Select it and choose to remove access.

Revoke access from TikTok

You can remove BEABIAI's access to your TikTok account from your TikTok account or app settings:

1. Open the TikTok app or website and go to your settings.
2. Find the security or apps/authorized-apps section that lists connected or third-party apps.
3. Locate BEABIAI and remove or revoke its access.

Revoke access from Meta, TikTok Shop, and Shopee

You can also remove BEABIAI's access from each platform's settings:

• Meta (Instagram, Facebook Page, Threads): in your Facebook or Instagram settings, open Business integrations or Apps and websites, find BEABIAI, and remove it.
• TikTok Shop: in your TikTok Shop Seller Center, open the authorized apps / partner connections and revoke BEABIAI.
• Shopee: in your Shopee Seller Center, open the authorized apps / connected partners and revoke BEABIAI.

Revoking access at the platform invalidates the tokens BEABIAI uses for that account or shop. To also have your stored records deleted, please send a deletion request by email as described above.
