Authorization-first, limited-use by design
BEABIAI only accesses what it needs to publish the videos you select to the accounts you authorize, and to show your own channel metrics in the dashboard. We do not sell your data, and we do not use Google, TikTok, or Meta user data to train AI models.
- OAuth authorization. You grant access through Google OAuth and TikTok authorization, and you can revoke it at any time.
- Limited data usage. We use platform data only to upload your selected videos and show publishing results.
- Token protection. OAuth tokens are protected and access is restricted to authorized systems and personnel.
- User control. Disconnect accounts or request data deletion whenever you choose.
The YouTube permission we request
BEABIAI requests the youtube.upload permission only
to upload your selected videos to the YouTube channel you
authorize. We do not use it to delete, modify, or manage your
existing videos unless a future feature is explicitly requested
and authorized by you.
How we handle TikTok & Meta
BEABIAI uses TikTok Content Posting authorization, and Instagram, Facebook Page, and Threads content-publishing authorization, only to publish your selected videos to your own connected accounts and to display your own channel metrics. We do not publish without your authorization.

No. BEABIAI never publishes videos without your authorization. Publishing happens only for the accounts you connect and the videos you select, after you authorize access through OAuth or the platform authorization flow.

BEABIAI requests the YouTube upload permission
(https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload)
only to upload your selected videos to the YouTube channel you
authorize. We do not delete, modify, or manage your existing
YouTube videos unless you explicitly request and authorize
such a feature.
BEABIAI uses TikTok Content Posting authorization only to help you upload or publish your selected videos to your own connected TikTok account, along with the publishing details you provide. We do not use this access to publish without your authorization.
With your authorization through Meta, BEABIAI accesses only what it needs to publish your selected videos to your own Instagram, Facebook Page, and Threads accounts, and to show your own basic channel metrics in the dashboard. We do not use this access to post without your authorization, and we do not use Meta user data to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy for the exact permissions.
Yes. You can disconnect a connected platform account in BEABIAI at any time. You can also revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions and your TikTok account/app settings. When you disconnect, the related OAuth tokens are deleted.
